Lake George may be used by members and their guests.  Fishing is "Catch and Release".  Swimming is permitted but there is no lifeguard on duty.  Motorboats are prohibited!

Notes:

Lake George dock may be used by members and their guests and has picnic tables and chairs.  The dock is also used as the meeting place for TGIF get-togethers on Fridays from early May to the end of October, weather permitting. We request that all users please make sure to clean up and take all trash with them as there are NO garbage cans located on or at the dock.
Waterfall Park Pavilion

Waterfall Park is for use by members and their guests. It is the site for our annual picnic in May and fall picnic in October. We request that all users please make sure to clean up and take all trash with them as there are NO garbage cans located at the pavilion.

There is an observation area at the upper falls just a short hike from the picnic pavilion.

The lower falls are a bit further down the trail, but well worth the hike.

The POA Office is used for conducting the business of the Association, package pickup for members and has a conference room used for Board and Committee Meetings.  Reservations for the Conference room can be made by using the online form found under Interact/Online Forms.

This emergency Exit gate is currently locked with a keyed padlock and is only used in the event that Gateway Mountain is under an evacuation. If an evacuation occurs, the Safety and Security Committee Chair or another Safety and Security member will open this gate.
